Radiators Archive Spotlight

To recognize the final Tipitina’s Anniversary shows this weekend, here is a soundboard recording of a Radiators show from 2006 in Austin, TX, courtesy of the Live Music Archive. The band will be helping round out the venue’s 10-day 33rd Anniversary celebration on Friday and Saturday with Honey Island Swamp Band supporting on Friday and Walrus opening on Saturday. It was also announced early this morning that The Radiators will be playing their final Jazzfest-closing farewell show on the Gentilly Stage, ending the long time tradition before the band closes the book on a legendary career in June. Tickets for the weekend’s shows are still available at Tipitina’s website, although it is almost certain to sell out soon.

Wesley grew up in coastal Georgia and is a former resident of The Music City and The Big Easy where he helped get LMB NOLA off-the-ground after launching in January 2011.
