House of Blues Celebrates Jazz Fest 2012

House of Blues just unveiled their annual late night Jazz Fest schedule and once again it is slam-packed with familiar festival favorites, a few newcomers, and a couple of spectacular second weekend Superjams up in the friendlier, darker and tinier confines of the Parish Room. Last year’s George Porter Jr./Marco Benevento/Brian Stoltz/Adam Deitch 2 a.m. show in the Parish was something to behold, a show for those in attendance landing on everyone’s short list for show of the year when 2011 was said and done. Needless to say, hitting up one of those two shows is a must for any ambitious music fiends infiltrating the city. Continue on for the full slate and ticket links. Wesley grew up in coastal Georgia and is a former resident of The Music City and The Big Easy where he helped get LMB NOLA off-the-ground after launching in January 2011.
